There are many different foods my mother makes, but the best has to be the Pilau. It has many diverse spies and mouthwatering flavors in the dish. The only time we actually eat pilau is when there is a party gathering or holiday party also when we ask. Pilau is the main dish my mother makes. Every time my mother makes the dish, my mouth waters over the smell of the mixed collection of spices and seasoned sliced meat, with a side of spinach or collard greens of course.
